For the love of food

I love to eat. I am a foodie and love trying out new things. I also love cooking and love cooking from scratch. Summer time there are lots of fresh vegetables that I get from the farm not far from me.

When hungry, the possibilities are endless as to what I can or want to make. The problem would be how can I make it nutritious and filling. Then there is the portions that I can eat before my tummy burst in its seams.

There are days where I can spend hours making dinner while on others a short time for something easy. It all depends on what I have on hand.

These are just some of the things I have made this past year.

Arendal the town that was home

For 17 years I lived in Arendal. A small town by the world's standard but mediumish for Norway. It is a summer town where it comes to life when the sun comes out to play.

This is the town where everyone knows from the disney film frozen. I love getting frozen stuff from here as a gift as then I can say its from Arendal.

If you are ever in Norway, this is the town you should visit in July. A lot of things to see and do.

Gothernburg

We were in Gothernburg yet again. This time it was due to visiting a plastic surgeon who I choose to do my procedure. We spent 3 days there and we had time to enjoy the food, people and scenery.The surgeon I choose is Dr Berne from Klinikk34. His method is new and he is internationally certified.

The whole process was not painfull but I am still recovering and it is the difficult to be honest. I am still swollen and sore and I am looking forward to be normal again though it takes up to 1 year for me to see the final result. I am pleased with the results now and I am swollen. Some days more than others. The service and aftercare is excellent. I like that I am able to contact the doctor anytime of the day if there is anything I need to get in touch with. The nurses are friendly and I love the waiting room. It is calming and pretty.
